Since 2006, Supreet has been a familiar face on Television. She kicked started her career with Zoom TV as their glamorous host for international travel show Kuoni Hotspots. She then went on to be the face of Zoom with various shows under her belt including Business of Bollywood, Page 3, Ring a Star, Star Chit chat, and Main Miss India – the making of Femina Miss India 2009/2011/2012/2013/2014. I LOVE STYLE on BIG CBS brought a much appreciated fashion dose and India’s first MMA based show Super Fight League on Star Sports opened doors to LIVE anchoring that required quick thinking & spontaneous reactions. As a freelancer, Supreet has worked with various channels including Zee Cafe, Star & Ten Sports and continues to experiment across genres.“

“There is no better joy than successfully honing a trainee’s communication skills”, says Supreet, senior faculty at BSL Training company and mentor at Career Planes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As6R2b2HVAg “At the start of the sessions, they are quite reserved, soft spoken with a heavy mother tongue influence and the usual problem of mispronounced words and misplaced stress. Once we are through with the customised training program, one sees a world of difference in their demeanour, speech, pronunciation & voice modulation. The idea is to make them the best versions of themselves; beaming with confidence & self-belief with the mantra – Don’t feel shy, believe in I!” Links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuFGuN94CME , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXmnqdi36jM Since 2005, Supreet has trained the staff of reputed corporate houses such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ICICI Bank, PVR cinemas, Denso; taught customer service to niche restaurants in Mumbai – Mia Cucina, The Farm; and refined the skills of Campus Princess contestants and Miss India & Mr India pageant winners for prestigious international titles such as Mr. World, Miss Supranational, Miss United Continents etc. Supreet is extremely proud of her determined student Rohit Khandelwal for being the first Asian to bag the title of Mr World 2016. Such outstanding accomplishments make her job as a ‘Personality Enhancer’ truly rewarding. Here’s to many more makeovers!
Marriages may be made in heaven but they are ‘anchored’ on earth! What seems all fun and play requires homework in understanding sensitive relations, temperaments, themes and tones. Supreet amicably uses her ‘people & behaviour’ skills to mingle with the crowd at hand as one of their own. Being fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Supreet has hosted many wedding functions for the Indian community with much ease and vibrancy both in India and destination weddings abroad. Popular venues include Goa, London, Istanbul, Dubai, Greece, Italy. Her mantra is to strike a rapport with the relatives of the bride and groom to make for a fun-filled, memorable occasion.
Since 2012, Supreet has actively presented the Super Fight League – India’s only Mixed Martial Arts platform showcasing international fighters. From Mumbai to Dubai, The Fight league has seen many fans of her candid anchoring
style that much like the sport, is high on spontaneity and zest.
Since 2013, Supreet has been hosting the AGP Multimillion Racing Experience – the annual Derby that attracts the elite crowd in Mumbai and is packed with international entertainment from UK’s Tootsie Rollers to world’d best mentalist – Nicolai Freidrich. Platinum World Race is another prestigious Derby title that Supreet enjoyed hosting. Golf is a passionate interactive sport for many corporate houses in India looking to bond with their clients and Supreet has had the pleasure of emceeing various ‘Tee Walks’ with the top management of global enterprises where professionalism is the key to a successful event. In contrast, she handles the annual TATA Truck Racing as comfortably, given it’s casual tone.

Whether it’s TV anchoring or acting, Supreet loves facing the camera! She has been fortunate enough to work with big banners for important cameo appearances. In David Dhawan’s Partner (2007), Abhishek Kapoor’s Rock On (2008, Excel Entertainment) Zoya Akhtar’s Luck by chance (2009, Excel Entertainment); she played ‘herself’-a TV Anchor presenting Bollywood news/ emcee introducing the act on stage & cheering a large gathering. Zoya Akhtar’s iconic road film Zindagi na Milegi Dobara (2011, Excel Enrertainment) had her playing a close friend of Natasha (Kalki Koechlin). In an innocent powder room conversation, she successfully plants the suspicion bug, thus ruining the fiancé’s Bachelor trip. Dressed in a stunning Manish Malhotra ensemble, Supreet made a pretty bride in Karan Johar’s Student of the Year (2012, Dharma Productions & Red Chillies Entertainment). Punjabi movie Fateh (2014) saw the traditional side of Supreet mixed with modern undertones. She had the pleasure of being a part of a stellar cast, playing the glamorous second lead character ‘Noor’ with much ease and was nominated for the best debut award at PTC Punjabi film awards. She couldn’t have asked for a better TV debut than the edgy drama 24 (2013) where she played ‘Shaina’ – the assassin’s hot blooded sister who gets shot owing to her own shrewdness.
